L’elioplanetografo è strumento che riproduce in scala il Sistema Solare nella parte relativa al pianeta Terra (compresi la luna e il sole). Lo strumento simula la rotazione dei pianeti attorno all’asse ed il sole e quella delle eclissi della luna ed del Sole. È uno strumento molto utile per comprendere i meccanismi celesti, quasi come viaggiare con un’astronave al di fuori del sistema solare e poterlo osservare nei suoi movimenti.
The Helioplanetograph is an instrument that reproduces the solar system to scale the parts relating to the planet Earth (including the Moon and the Sun). The tool simulates the rotation of the planets around their axis, the sun ones and that of the eclipses of the moon and the sun. It is a very useful tool for understanding the celestial mechanisms, almost like traveling with a spaceship outside the solar system and to be able to observe its in his movements.
