All’interno di alcune buste rinvenute in un deposito del nostro Liceo P. Paleocapa sono state trovate delle immagini relative alla festa di Carnevale svoltasi nell’anno 1992.
Inside some envelopes, which were in a storage of our Liceo P. Paleocapa, were found a few images of a Carnival party done in 1992.

These are the envelopes where were found some images. They are all numbered and divided into blocks.
Scenario generale e alcuni luoghi della festa
La festa si è svolta nei corridoi e nei due atrii presenti nella scuola. Gli studenti hanno allestito uno spazio fornito di alcuni tavoli dove c’erano vivande e bibite di tutti i tipi! Vi era, inoltre, un luogo dove i ragazzi, accompagnati da una forte energia musicale, si dedicavano al ballo e al divertimento puro!
The party took place in the hallways and two halls of the school. The students set up a space with some tables where they put on a lot of snacks and soft drinks. There was also a place where they danced accompanied by a strong musical energy: pure amusement!

Qui invece sono presenti un giocatore di football e Arlecchino.
Here there are a football player and Harlequin.
Partendo dalla sinistra vi è un ragazzo travestito da pacchetto di sigarette Marlboro, poi vi è un vescovo/cardinal, un vampiro e un papa. Infine, sulla destra c’è una ragazza che indossa il cartello “vietato fumare”.
Starting from the left there are a guy dressed up as a pack of Marlboro cigarettes, a cardinal/bishop, a vampire and a pope. Finally, on the right there is a girl dressed like a no smoking sign.
Qui si possono vedere altri due ragazzi vestiti da Arlecchino, Giulio Cesare, un agente 007, un giudice e addirittura un pinguino.
Here you can see two other guys dressed like Harlequin, Julius Caesar, a 007 agent, a judge and also a penguin.
Infine, in quest’immagine vi sono molti studenti vestiti in modi diversi: un altro militare, una suora/monaca, un frate, due dottori, un karateka, un hippie e un pittore francese.
Finally, in this image there are a lot of students dressed in different ways: another soldier, a nun, a friar, two doctors, a karateka, a hippie and a french painter/artist.
Grazie a questa fantastica festa gli studenti hanno dato vita alla loro creatività e immaginazione! E’ possibile notare un’immensa varietà di costumi diversi. La scelta di travestirsi era libera, infatti, vi sono molte persone che hanno deciso di non farlo, ma ciò non ha importanza perché l’unico scopo era quello di stare insieme e divertirsi!
Thanks to this amazing party the students let off steam their creativity and imagination! It is possible to notice a lot of different costumes. The choice of dress up or not was completely free, sure enough a lot of people decided not to: that wasn’t matter because the only goal was have fun together!
